Being in Fort Bragg really made me want to cheat on my diet a little.... Actually, at some parts I had to because I was in a hotel...no access to making my food without it being ridiculously expensive from buy appliances I had at home....
Oh, you know what's even better? I forgot my f&*king Spark... I was one cranky lady..... At least I remembered my Max Phase Supplements.
I took my A.M Supplements before breakfast
Breakfast: Egg White Scramble- with zucchini. peppers, squash, broccoli.... also I had turkey bacon and sweet potatos.
For a snack I had wheat thins... I know... i as bad... I was just so hungry
I then took my before-lunch Max Phase Supplements
For lunch I had- Spinach Salad with cranberries, apples, walnuts and pecans.
For a snack, I had a small piece of pizza...hey! they ordered it... ;)... it was ham and pineapple...
for dinner I had my Meal replacement shake
for a late snack I had Ohs!.... memory cereal... just a few though!
My boyfriend and I also ran today- the Couch to 5k app...5 min warmups now with 3 min run...1.5 min cool...then a 5 min run with 2.5 min cool down... then it repeats one more time to end with a 5 min cool down.
