Woke up- Had Spark and my A.M Max Phase Supplements.... oh! and my catalyst
For breakfast- Meal Replacement Shake
for a snack I had peanut butter (shocker ;) )
I then had more Spark and my before-lunch Max Phase Supplements...
for lunch- 3oz Applesauce chicken, 3 celery sticks and 1 lundberg Brown Rice Cake- I then took my lunchtime Max Phase Supplements
for a snack- peanut butter
for Dinner- I made wraps with Romane lettuce leaves- with applesauce chicken, celery sticks chopped, 1/4 cup brown rice and lemon juice- then took my omega :)
