Still have no spark....... grrrr *grumble* *grumble* .... took my stupid A.M Max Phase supplements without my delicious spark....
My boyfriend and I did our crunches and push ups.. I did 25 push ups and 200 crunches.
Breakfast.... I said screw it! Ordered eggs over easy...had i piece of whole wheat toast.... chicken sausage and 5 bites of pancakes...though, i will say, they didn't taste good... I guess I'm just not enjoying them anymore
for a snack I had more ohs!
I then took my before-lunch Max Phase supplements...
For lunch, I ate- 1/2 sandwich on french , mayo, mustard, iceberg lettuce, ham nad pepperjack- I said screw it... I was starving..I also had my Max Phase Supplements
for a snack I had peanut butter m&ms.... surprising that there is NOTHING healthy at gas stations... I don't trust the fruit.... especially when it's rotting...
we got home!!! yay! I had some spark ;D
For dinner- 3 oz grilled chicken, 3/4 cup sauteed vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, orange pepper, green onion and garlic), 1/4 cup whole wheat noodles with tomato sauce and basil. I then took my omega.
for a snack, I had peanut butter
