Morning: Probiotic pills, Spark...half hour later, I had the LAST Herbal Cleanse Packet (taken the same was I always to it).
For breakfast, I cap 1/2 cup of original oatmeal, 4 small strawberries and 3o applesauce chicken.
For a snack, I had 2 zucchini fritters
For lunch I ate 3oz of Applesauce chicken and 3/4 cup of the tomato basil soup and 1 Brown Rice cake
For a snack I ate peanut butter
For Dinner I ate 3 celery sticks, 3oz applesauce chicken and 1/2 piece sourdough bread.
